TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please Read Before Booking
These Terms and Conditions apply to all cleaning packages provided by Aussie Battlers Clean & Support Services.
By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Bookings & Payments
• All bookings must include your full name, service address, contact phone number, and selected cleaning package.
• Full payment is required the day before or prior to the scheduled service.
• Work will not commence until payment has been received and cleared into our account.
• Failure to make payment will result in cancellation of service and forfeiture of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will result in loss of full payment.
2. Deposits
To secure your booking, the following deposits apply:
• General Clean: $20
• Deep Clean Packages: $50
• Mum Clean / Support Packages: $75
All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking at our discretion if adequate notice is provided.
3. Services
• Prices listed in our service guide are based on the property size and details provided at the time of booking.
• We do not charge hourly rates; all pricing is structured as fixed package rates.
• If, upon arrival, the property is larger than described or requires additional work (e.g. excessive mold, pet hair, grime, or build-up), additional charges will apply.
• If you choose not to proceed with the revised cost, the service will be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.
• While we always strive for the highest standards, some homes may require multiple visits to achieve the desired result where the condition is beyond a standard day clean.
• We do not clean or handle pet or human feces, nor remove deceased animals (e.g. rodents) unless agreed to prior to service confirmation.
• All concerns must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.
• Supporting evidence, such as photos, may be required to assess any concerns.
4. Limitations
• Some stains, wear and tear, or surface damage may be permanent and beyond the scope of cleaning.
• Our services focus on hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation, not restoration, renovation, or repair.
• Aussie Battlers Clean & Support Services is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage or maintenance issues
• Poor workmanship from previous cleaners or trades
• Hidden problems that become apparent during or after cleaning.
5. Refunds & Re-cleans
• No refunds are issued once a cleaning service has commenced — without exception.
• If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your clean, Aussie Battlers Clean & Support Services may, at its sole discretion, offer a re-clean to address genuine concerns.
• Re-cleans are provided only if the issue is deemed fair, reasonable, and reported within 24 hours of service completion.
6. Agreement
By booking a cleaning service with Aussie Battlers Clean & Support Services, you agree that:
• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
• You accept responsibility for ensuring access, accurate information, and payment prior to service.
• You understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in cancellation of your booking or forfeiture of payment.
